Stayed for a couple of nights primarily for a business trip and enjoyed exploring the local area. The location was a standout feature, with the Union Terrace Gardens and various shops just a short walk away. The room was clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was convenient. It had a cozy feel that made the stay quite pleasant despite some minor noise from the surroundings.

The self-catering facilities, like the microwave and fridge in the room, made it easy to manage meals on my own. Plus, the secure entry with personalized codes added a nice touch of safety and convenience.
The room had a few issues. the old decor and furnishings gave a tired vibe that didn’t match the photos online. I faced inconsistent water pressure during showers, the heating left much to be desired, and I was bothered by noise from neighboring rooms. a noticeable lack of cleanliness with dirty towels and unmade beds upon arrival definitely put a damper on things. The Wi-Fi was practically useless, dropping frequently despite attempts to fix it, and the bed felt hard and uncomfortable for my stay. Not the best experience for the price, to be honest.

Cleaning issues upon arrival!!! The self-service check-in process might confuse many!!! Noise from adjacent rooms can disrupt sleep quality!!! Insufficient heating can leave rooms uncomfortably cold!!! Parking arrangements could use clearer communication!!!

The room was spacious, featuring a fridge and microwave which added convenience. Water pressure in the shower was solid, and the bed was both large and comfortable. the decor felt dated, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. It would have been ideal to have better sound insulation as I noticed some noise from other guests during the night.

Convenient stay with some comfort issues
I had a decent stay that was made easy by the self-service check-in process and the availability of a microwave and fridge in the room. I did find the bed uncomfortable and was woken up by noise from other guests, which disrupted my peace a bit. The overall cleanliness could definitely use some improvement as well.
